What it costs
First appointment: 400 PLN
Follow-up appointment: 380 PLN
Payment by card or bank transfer at the clinic. We do not bill the NFZ, so there is no referral to get and no queue to join.
The first visit
What happens at the first appointment
It runs about 50 minutes. The doctor asks what brought you in, how long it has been going on, your medical history and what has already been tried. If you have been treated before, in Poland or anywhere else, bring what you have. Records in English are fine and nothing needs translating.
Some questions take more than one appointment to answer. If that is the case, the doctor will say so rather than reaching for a conclusion at the end of the first visit.

Questions
Before you write to us
Do I need a referral?
No. This is private care and you book directly.
Do you take NFZ or private insurance?
We do not settle with the NFZ. If your insurer reimburses out-of-network care, we issue an invoice you can submit.
Can the appointment be online?
No. Both doctors see patients at the clinic.
I do not have a PESEL number. Is that a problem?
Not for the appointment itself. Tell us in the form and we will confirm what identification to bring.
Do you see children?
No. Both doctors see adults only.
What if I need to cancel?
Let us know at least 24 hours ahead and there is no charge.
