Fees
What it costs
First appointment: 400 PLN
Follow-up appointment: 380 PLN
Appointments must be paid for in advance. Please pay within 24 hours of booking using the payment link that we will send you. If payment is not received within this time, the appointment slot will be released back into the schedule. As we do not bill the NFZ, there is no need for a referral or to join a waiting list.
The first visit
What happens at the first appointment
The consultation lasts about 50 minutes. The doctor will ask what your concerns are, how long they have been going on, about your medical history and what treatments you have already tried. If you have received treatment before, in Poland or elsewhere, please bring any relevant records. Records in English are fine and do not need translating.
Some questions require more than one appointment to answer. If this is the case, your doctor will tell you rather than trying to reach a conclusion at the end of the first visit.

Please use the form below to make an appointment, as our online booking system is only available in Polish. You can write as much or as little as you like, in English. We will reply in English within one working day to let you know which slots are available.

Questions
Before you write to us
Do I need a referral?
No, this is private care, so you book directly.
Do you take NFZ or private insurance?
We do not settle with the NFZ. However, if your insurer reimburses out-of-network care, we can provide you with an invoice to submit to them.
Can the appointment be online?
No. Both doctors see patients at the clinic.
I do not have a PESEL number. Is that a problem?
Not for the appointment itself. Let us know in the form and we will tell you which identification documents to bring.
Do you see children?
No. Both doctors see adults only.
What if I need to cancel?
If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, we will refund your payment in full. If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours before the appointment, we can only reschedule it for another date. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the payment will not be refunded.
What if I'm running late?
Please arrive on time. If you know you are going to be late, please call reception on +48 575 072 425. If you are going to be significantly delayed, the specialist will decide whether to see you for a shorter appointment or reschedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not contacted us, we may cancel the appointment, as there will not be enough time to carry out the consultation properly.
